Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
1. Certificates will be issued for either a dollar amount or treatments and massages
2. The certificate must be redeemed by the due date
3. The certificate will be deemed void if either, notice of cancellation is not received at
least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the appointment
4. Gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash
5. The certificate may be redeemed any day of the week, unless otherwise stipulated
6. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
8. Expired certificates hold no value
