CHECK IN To allow for a relaxed check in we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please plan carefully as treatments will be completed at scheduled time. We ask that you respect the serene ambience of the Day Spa and switch off your mobile phone upon arrival. ATTIRE It is necessary to wear bathers or underwear for all treatments. We ensure privacy during all treatments using draped towels & robes which are provided where appropriate. VALUABLES It is advisable to leave expensive items at home as we take no responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings. PAYMENT METHOD Payment can be made by Cash or Eftpos. We also accept all major credit cards, please note that a 4% surcharge due to bank fees applies to Efpos & Credit Transactions. A deposit of 50% of treatment is required at time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we need at least 24 hours notice. A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given. Failure to keep an appointment or less than 2 hours notice will result in 100% charge for treatments booked.
