To allow for a relaxed check in we recommend that
you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

YOUR APPOINTMENT
To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please ensure that you arrive on time
for your appointment. As this time has been reserved
for you, late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay
in full.

ATTIRE
It is necessary to wear bathers or underwear for all treatments. We ensure privacy during treatments using draped towels. Robes, slippers and disposable
underwear (bodywraps) are provided. We suggest that you bring thongs for outdoor wear and foot treatments with nail polish.

VALUABLES
It is advisable to leave expensive items at home as we take no responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings.

AMENITIES
Lockers, Robes and Slippers are provided for your convenience.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by cash or eftpos. We also accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note that a 2% surcharge due to bank fees applies to efpos and credit card transactions. A deposit of 50% is required at time of your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we need at least 24 hours notice. A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given. Failure to keep an appointment or less than 2 hours notice will result in 100% charge for treatments booked.
